The layered design creates an iconic silhouette while reflecting the neighborhood's rich musical heritage and creative spirit.

With the nearby Rose Quarter and Moda Center hosting major concerts, Portland Trail Blazers games, and the city's newly added WNBA franchise, the neighborhood remains one of Portland's premier destinations for live entertainment.
